National Representation

AEC members have seats at the table. Below is a list of positions held with terms, as applicable.

• PHCC National Board of Directors - AEC President holds seat on the board for the AEC Representative Position; Term is consecutive with term as AEC president.

  • Current Term: Crystal Carter, 2026-2027

• PHCC Educational Foundation Board of Directors - AEC elects a representative for the AEC Representative Position; Term is a two year term elected by the AEC Board of Directors.

  • Current Term: Nicole Urizzo, 2024-2026

• PHCC Educational Foundation Board of Directors - Chapter executives hold 5 seats on the Apprenticeship Advisory Board, which elects a chair; the AAB holds a seat on the Foundation Board as a two year term.

  • Current Term: Kristie Brunick, 2026 (completing a previously held 2024-2026 term)

In addition to the above positions (all defined by the Boards’ bylaws), many executives participate on national committees and workgroups, including, but not limited to:

• Membership working groups (i.e. Chapter Portal)

• CONNECT/events Committee

• Invest in Your Future Committee

• Government Relations Committee

• QSC affiliated positions
